Join author Lisa Blower, along with poet Tony Walsh and journalist Anita Sethi, as they celebrate their involvement in the upcoming Common People: An Anthology of Working-Class Writers, edited by Kit de Waal.

‘Common People’ is a collection of essays, poems and memoir, inspired by a shared concern that working class voices are increasingly absent from the pages of books and newspapers. The anthology features thirty-three established and emerging writers who invite you to experience the world through their eyes, their voices loud and clear as they reclaim and redefine what it means to be working class.

Lisa Blower is author of It’s Gone Dark Over Bill’s Mother’s, a collection of regional and working-class fiction.
