Don’t miss the upcoming Laydeez do Comics festival. Both Myriad Editions and New Internationalist will be attending to share useful insights from the publishing world – there’ll even be time for questions so take advantage and come along.

The festival will run the entire weekend, however Saturday’s events are ticketed and must be booked in advance.  The Sunday will feature a free-for-all event including a Laydeez Lounge – displaying all entries submitted for this year’s Laydeez do Comics Award in printed zine form. The announcement of the overall prize winner will be made at the end of the day.

There will also be a selection of publisher tables, with illustrated presentations from each publisher during the afternoon and an opportunity for Q and A. Both Myriad Editions and New Internationalist will be attending and sharing their knowledge of the graphic novel world.
