Nitegeist Brighton at Unbarred with Lucy Fry: Breaking the Love Mould

It’s almost Valentine’s Day… hooray(ish). Don’t fancy paying £88.24 for a side salad and a tap water to celebrate your love? Sick of only having a pack of Pringles and Ian Beale for company on that most special of nights? Here’s the perfect antidote. On 11 February, head over to Unbarred for the inaugural Nitegeist Brighton. The conversation will be ‘breaking the love mould’, featuring three women who are doing love differently.

Lucy Fry, author of Easier Ways to Say I Love You, will be joined by Miranda Kane – comedian and former sex worker and writer and star of Audible’s bestselling ‘Slaving Away’, and asexual, aromantic activist, Yasmin Benoit.

Easier Ways to Say I Love You is a memoir on love, lust and attachment: a remarkable and candid account of transforming a difficult and uncomfortable love triangle into an honest polyamorous relationship. Published on the 13 Feb, with pre-publication copies available to buy and have signed at the event.

Nitegeist Brighton is hosted by BBC Sussex, Soho Radio and Good Sex Bad Sex’s Bibi Lynch and Radio Reverb’s Anna Burtt.

Tickets are £8.50 and include pizza. Book now!
