Join Kate Charlesworth as she chats to the public about comics and LGBT+ history at Huddersfield Library on Monday 10 February, 19:00 – 20:30.

Kate Charlesworth is a cartoonist, illustrator and writer and has produced comics and illustrations since the 1970’s.

Sensible Footwear is the first graphic study charting LGBT history from 1950 to the present – a stunning, personal memoir and an instant classic.

“Undoubtedly one of the most crucial graphic memoirs of the year.” Andy Oliver, Broken Frontier

This event is free in celebration of LGBT History Month but please make sure to take some change along as copies of Sensible Footwear will be available to buy (and have signed) on the night. Book your spot via Ticket Source.
