Adam Baron will be a special guest at two events at the Hawkesbury Upton Literature Festival on 23rd April.

He will be reading from his latest book, Blackheath, at the Contemporary Fiction showcase at 12:15pm. Described by Rachel Cusk as ‘fresh, honest, very funny, startlingly relevant’ Blackheath tells a story of modern marriage and the trials of contemporary parenting, and Adam has been called ‘a writer to watch’ by the Sunday Telegraph.

Later that day, at 3.15pm, Adam will be chairing a panel called ‘After Nordic Noir, What’s the Next Big Thrill?’ with writers Dan Gooding, J J Franklin, Rosalind Minett and J F Penn.
