We’re very excited to have work by four of our graphic novelists as well as our very own Creative Director, Corinne Pearlman, at the Comix Creatrix: 100 Women Making Comics exhibition, currently at the House of Illustration until 16 May.
Curated by Olivia Ahmad and Paul Gravett, Comix Creatrix is the UK’s biggest ever exhibition of comic artwork produced by women and features works by Nicola Streeten (Billy, Me & You), Kate Evans (The Food Of Love), Sarah Lightman (The Book Of Sarah) and Una (Becoming Unbecoming).
Jade Sarson, author of the forthcoming For The Love Of God, Marie!, is also involved with the events programme surrounding the exhibition and will be hosting a Manga Masterclass on 23 April.
