A panel of graphic novelists and publishers discusses the business and processes involved in the world of comics and graphic novels. Nicola Streeten, author of Billy, Me & You, will be joined by graphic novelist Karrie Fransman, Nobrow publisher Sam Arthur, and chaired by Jamie Rhodes. Brought together by The Writers’ Guild of Great Britain (WGGB), and supported by Arts Council England, the panel will discuss:
- How a writer and illustrator work together
- How best to approach publishers
- The changes and developments in this burgeoning industry
- The joys and challenges of writing for comics and graphic novels
