Crime authors Lisa Cutt and Julie Wassmer will be discussing crime writing and delving into their novels at Waterstones Canterbury on Tuesday 11th September.

Lisa lives in Kent with her husband, a retired police officer, close to her three step-children and five step-grandchildren, where she balances working full-time for Kent Police with writing crime fiction. An extract from her debut novel, Never Forget, won the Writer’s Retreat Competition in 2012 and was published by Myriad in 2013. Remember, Remember, the second book in the DC Nina Foster series, was published in 2014.

In 2015, Julie’s debut crime novel, The Whitstable Pearl Mystery, was published by Little, Brown Book Group. Three other books have since followed, with more on the way, including her latest title, Disappearance at Oare.

Tickets are £3.00 and can be booked in advance via the Waterstones website here.
