Jonathan Kemp will be appearing at Books in the Attic, a new monthly literary event at the Hackney Picturehouse on Monday 23 March, to discuss his latest novel Ghosting.

Ghosting is Jonathan Kemp‘s second novel to be published by Myriad. Drawing on a brilliant literary tradition of madness, incarceration and escape, it is a Mrs Dalloway for the modern age.

Books in the Attic brings together a range of authors and artists to discuss their latest work. Hosted by Rupert Smith, this month’s event delivers a rich mix of fiction, non-fiction and photography, with guests Patrick Gale, Anna Thomasson and Jenny Lewis appearing alongside Jonathan Kemp. The event will also feature open mic slots, in which volunteers have five minutes to read their own work or talk about a favourite book or writer.
